New Products from Quilt Market Part 1

Today was the last day of the International Spring Quilt Market. I have been able to source out some new products for the shop - lots of new patterns both of quilts and bags.
Leesa Chandler of Chandlers Cottage had a booth at the show. She has some new patterns which I have order - should be in store shortly. There is a really nice large quilt pattern (you can just make it out in the second photo the wreath style quilt)

From Olive Ann Designs there are five new patterns. These are very cute little outfits from children. We have made up couple of samples of Olive Ann Design's previous patterns so I am sure that these new patterns will be a definite hit.

Block Party Studios has two new panels that I have ordered for the shop. These panels are fantastic to cut up, place on bags or quilts. The first new panel is all about teachers which they made up a sample quilt and bag with. The other new panel is called What Cancer Cannot Do. There is a free pattern downloadable from the Block Party Studios Website. If you make quilts for fundraisers in relation to cancer causes this would be fantastic to be used, maybe a pink quilt for breast cancer. The words on the panel are very inspiring. They had two different colour ways made up of the free quilt pattern.

A new pattern company that we will be introducing to Berrima Patchwork is Whirligig Designs. Chris Hoover is the designer of these patterns and for the past couple of months I have been drooling over her patterns and could not wait to see them in the "flesh" and place an order with her here in Salt Lake City. Many of her quilts use the Stonehenge Range form Northcott - we now stock the 2 1/2" strips of these range. Several of the quilts are also made from Bali/Batik Fabrics. I look foward to these patterns arriving into the shop.
